1. DONATIONS.
We are currently only accepting cash donations.
🚩Notice: If you send me your address and it is not correct the fault lies with you; the Fox Den will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to send accurate shipping information.
🚩Wrongfully sent donations will not be honored. This is a two way street
When placing your order, please prepare message as follows:

✅Complete email where you want to receive tracking number.

Please include the "total donation amount"
Please also include "regular shipping" or "priority" & donate accordingly.

2. SUBSTITUTIONS.
If you would rather not have a subsitution, PLEASE INFORM US WHEN YOU ORDER. We apologize in advance for any substitutions. 😜

3. ‼️‼️ADDITIONAL DONATION FEE. There will be a shipping fee on every order. Please donate accordingly.
📩First Class 3-5 day - Five
📩Priority 2-3 day - Fifteen
⚠️We are no longer offering express shipping due to the inconsistency of USPS.
4. TRACKING.
Please note it may take time to receive your donation and package your order. If you do not receive a tracking number to your provided e-mail within 48 hours, please CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER!!!! If you still do not have a number, please contact us via e-mail.
5. ORDER DISCREPANCIES/COMPLAINTS.
If you have an order discrepancy and/or complaint of product, please reach out to Jayy Fox for assistance. These will be handled directly by Jayy, and approved or denied on a case by case basis.
Please include the following in your complaint:
-- Order Date , Original Order (screenshot of email works!) , AND description of issue.
Please send a picture of the package in the unbroken Fox Den vac-sealed bag.
6. Fox den guarentee
a) if your package doesn't arrive within 14 days we will look at resending
b) if package is siezed it's our fault and a full refund or new order will be sent
c) if a package is lost by usps we split the loss and the half the order is replaced
